If you are staying at Alta Mira you must go to Hog Heaven this by far is my favorite restaurant on the entire Island. The menu is barbecue ribs and chicken they also have burgers and fish and of course a bar with blender drinks. Great quality food at a good price.

Another one of my favorites down in Spanish Town is Coco Maya full restaurant and bar a little more upscale and dressy they have great food and the restaurant is right on the beach. A lot of evenings they have a band.

As most places in the Caribbean when you are wanting to go you will have to kindly ask for your check otherwise they may not bring it to you. They will not push you out and will let you sit there and enjoy yourself as long as you like.  Check your bill before tipping because in most cases gratuity is added already. Depending on the percentage you may want to leave a little extra for the wait staff.

JUMBIE’S BEACH BAR

Located at Leverick Bay, Jumbie’s Beach Bar opens all day from 10:30 am with food service from 11:00am – 9:00pm. The Legendary Michael Beans performs from Mondays to Wednesdays 5:00-7:00pm from December 19 to May 3rd, 2018. Every Friday evening they offer Beach BBQ, Moko Jumbies & Entertainment beginning at 6:30 pm. Love their fish tacos! More info

THE COVE

Located at Leverick Bay, around the pool or on the beach. Food service starts at 11:00am to 9:00pm. They offer a diverse selection of recipes from around the world and local daily specials. Pub-style selections are great for the whole family such as pizzas, fish, burgers and more.

RADAS RESTAURANT AND BAR

This iconic place is one of the most loved ones by the North Sound people. It is a small family business where they serve food and drinks. Very casual, picturesque and you will have a great time! Phone: 1 284 495 7000. More info

HOG HEAVEN

The restaurant boasts probably the best views from anywhere in the BVI. The entire North Sound can be clearly seen from the lovely deck that surrounds the restaurant. Famous for their pork ribs and amazing views! Grab a sweater during winter, the trade winds are amazing but a little bit chill! More info

COCOMAYA

THE BATH & TURTLE RESTAURANT

SPANISH TOWN CAFÉ

The newest brand new bar/restaurant in Virgin Gorda! Located in Spanish Town, on the road towards the ferry dock terminal, Saint Thomas Bay.

TOP OF THE BATHS

The Top of the Baths is on a hill overlooking this vast area and includes a restaurant, bar, pool, and collection of shops - all with panoramic views of the BVI. Cuisine: Caribbean Fusion Serves: Breakfast, Lunch & Happy Hour.

POOR MAN'S BAR

Located on the beach at the Baths, Poorman's Bar will take care of all your beach needs, they sell cold drinks and snacks. You can buy colorful T Shirts.

DIXIE’S

Dixies Bar and Restaurant is located in The Valley, Virgin Gorda. It is a popular lunch counter, Dixie’s menu changed daily but focuses on local Caribbean dishes such as jerk chicken, stewed conch, BBQ ribs, rice, plantains, veggies and more.

SAUCEZ BAR & GRILL

Saucez Bar & Grill in Spanish Town Virgin Gorda, is now open daily. They have the best rotis and jerk pork plus vibrant music.

MERMAIDS & PIRATES

Because Mermaids Dockside Bar & Grill was completely destroyed after hurricane Irma, they open the new restaurant a little bit further in land.

MIMI’S KITCHEN

Located in Spanish Town, Virgin Gorda, Mimi's is open from 6 am to 6 pm daily with home made pizza's, chicken and fries and some asian plates. Try their made baked bread and beef, chicken, tuna, and salt fish patties. Phone number: 1 284 431 0955

THE REEF RESTAURANT

Located at Fischer’s Cove Beach Restaurant. The Reef Restaurant is now open from 8 am to 9 pm with a daily special as well as their famous pizzas and wings. PIZARO

If you feel like a burger and fries, make sure you check out Pizaro, right next to Delta gas station.

LSL BAKE SHOP & RESTAURANT/ DELI /CAFÉ

This little bakery is located in Spanish Town. They specialize in cakes, desserts, pastries, sandwiches but you can try their Caribbean dishes such as  BBQ ribs, rice, potato salad, baked chicken and more.

THE BLUE BAR

The Blue Bar is very popular among locals. The ladies love to go to The Blue Bar for a late session of salsa dancing! Late night!
